With this current downturn in real estate transactions, I remain optimistic that we are starting to see the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel. People will not stop buying their home. Just given the chance, most families would rather own than rent. Once the tremors and the nerves settle, I will have more clients to serve and find their American dream of a Home.
